All actors/actresses should be dropped off no later than 6:30pm at St. Paul’s United church. The remaining students should be dropped off no later than 6:45pm.
Food: If it’s crunchy and munchy…we need a bunch! Baked goods, veggies and fruit trays, etc. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are able to bring in treats. You can drop off treats at MCS during the day on the 19th or bring them to St. Paul’s United Church after 5pm. All food needs to be peanut, tree nut, and sesame seeds free. Thank you!
Dress Code: Students - Jeans and a plaid shirt. If you do not have a plaid shirt, a solid coloured shirt will work as well. We are also looking for 20 cowboy hats for the actors/actresses in the play. Please let Ms. Kroezen know if you have a cowboy hat, we can borrow. Ms. Kroezen can be reached at email@example.com
Parking: The church has a couple of parking lots and we have access to both for the performance. There are also several public parking lots near the church if/when the church’s parking lot fills up.
